In my previous post I detailed out how to enable WDS and install the ADK. In this article we are going to get MDT installed and configured
First download and install MDT, Click Next
Click Accept and then Click Next
Accept the Defaults and Click Next
Your, choice pick what ever and click NEXT
Click Install
Click Finish
Now lets get a basic deployment share setup, open up the deployment toolbench and right click Deployment Shares and click create
Select the drive and the path, click next
Accept the default or what ever your preference for the share and click next
Accept the default or what ever name you want, click Next
Uncheck everything and click Next
Click Next
Process will start
Click Finish
Expand Deployment Shares and you will see your share has been created
At this point your share has been created but its still not ready. My next blog I will walk you through the configuration.
