OneDrive Personal

Might be good for everyone to take a look and disable. If you did not know starting this month, in May 2025 Microsoft is going to enable a new feature in OneDrive Sync client for Windows. This feature detects known Microsoft personal accounts associated with business devices and prompts users to sync their personal OneDrive files alongside their work files. While this behavior is enabled by default, administrators have the option to suppress or disable it.

You can create in Intune a configuration policy under settings catalog

Platform: Windows 10 or above
Profile Type: Settings catalog
Name: Disable OneDrive for personal accounts
Configuration settings: search for {Prevent users from syncing personal OneDrive accounts (User)} Enable it
Assignments: {User Scope}
